  • 2 Cups Canned Chickpeas
  • Tsp Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Tahini
  • 6 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Water (or reserved aquafaba)


  • Put garlic cloves in food processor and blitz until minced. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy! Refrigerate up to 4 days.
