Mushrooms — A Photographic Study

Admission time, I LOVE mushrooms. I love to eat them, I love to look at them, I just love them. I wish I was more adept and knowledgeable so I could forage too, but I'm not quite there yet.  In the meantime, I'll settle for eating and picture taking instead.  All of these mushrooms were at the park my husband and I went camping at.  This little guy was my favorite subject. Bronx Zoo: Jungle World Langurs Pt. 1

I told you, you would be in for more photos from the Bronx Zoo! Besides the Gorillas, I love going to see the Jungle World Langurs. They are my favorite in that whole exhibit! Camping Staycation Weekend

We were supposed to use our vacation to go to California to visit friends, but due to the COVID travel advisories we unfortunately had to cancel it. So my husband and I planned some fun activities to do during our staycation instead including camping! We stayed at a quiet small campground that had a small pond with a hiking trail around it. A Visit to the Arboretum

I recently discovered this beautiful arboretum after I started working at my library and I have become addicted to it since. It has so many beautiful flowers and trees and it's so peaceful. I could spend all day here, walking around and reading in the shade.  My husband and I went in March during quarantine (don't worry we wore masks) and we got to see some beautiful daffodils and tulips.  Those daffodils and tulips were taken with my Google Pixel 3A phone.
