What are Positive Affirmations?
Positive affirmations are positive statements that can help direct your thinking in the right direction.
Most of us tend towards negative and self-sabotoging thoughts these days. Practicing positive affirmations every day can battle those negative neural pathways and lead your thinking to new and positive directions.

Do Positive Affirmations Work?
If you want to go into the science, it’s about neuroplasticity and creating new pathways in your brain. If you are always thinking negative thoughts, those pathways in your brain strengthen. However, if you start practicing positive affirmations, you can strengthen new neural pathways in your brain towards positive thinking. Then the less negative thinking you do, those negative thought pathways weaken.

30 Positive Affirmations to Start Off Your Day
Say these to yourself preferably out loud, but you can also say them in your head. Try it while you are laying in bed before you get up, or during meditation like I do. You can say them to yourself in the car on the way to work or while you’re eating breakfast.

- I am beautiful.
- I am strong.
- I am smart.
- I am loved.
- I love myself.
- I am successful.
- I am fulfilled by all that i do.
- I love my body exactly the way it is.
- I love who I am today.
- I release all negativity from my life.

- I am grateful for all that is in my life today and every day.
- I am healthy.
