This cranberry orange ginger sparkling drink is so delicious and actually very good for you! There is no refined sugar or store bought juice to be seen anywhere near this drink.
Besides it being yummy and festive, it’s very healthy since the cranberries, ginger, and oranges help boost your immune system after all that extra holiday food this season.
Cranberry Orange Ginger Drink: Ingredients
- Lemon Juice
- Sparkling Water
That’s all you need! Plus some muscle if you plan on squeezing those oranges by hand, instead of with a juicer (I’ve done it both ways!).
First you start with the cranberry ginger juice. In a blender add the fresh cranberries, ginger, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Then take out a large pitcher and pour your cranberry ginger juice through a strainer into the pitcher. This will sift out most of the cranberry bits you’ll see floating around. It’s ok if you didn’t get all of it.
Then juice your oranges and add the fresh squeezed juice to the pitcher. If there’s some foam on top, you can leave it or skim it off with a spoon.
Right before you are ready to serve it, add in the sparkling water. Enjoy!

Cranberry Orange Ginger Sparkling Drink
- 2 Cups Water
- 2/3 Cup Cranberries
- 1" Chunk Fresh Ginger, peeled
- 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Cups Fresh Orange Juice (about 3 oranges)
- 2 Cups Sparkling Water
- In a blender, add water, cranberries, ginger, lemon, and honey. Blend together.
- Pour the cranberry juice through a strainer into a large pitcher. Mix in the orange juice. There might be some foam on top, which you can scoop off with a spoon.
- When ready to serve, add in sparkling water. Enjoy!
